1. How can I order a subscription online?

Choose your publication(s) from the publication home page. Click in the button next to the appropriate subscription offer and click 'Add to basket'. You will then be able to view your 'Shopping Basket'. If you would like to order any further publication subscriptions please click 'Continue shopping'. Once you have finished shopping simply click 'Secure Checkout', where you will be asked to fill out your delivery details and method of payment.

2. Do current print subscribers have access to the website?

Yes. You need to register to the website www.bdonline.co.uk and then activate your subscription. If you are not already registered then visit http://www.bdonline.co.uk/register to register. Once you are registered you will be prompted to activate your account when you click on a story page. Simply follow the instructions to activate your account. For access queries please contact our customer service team on +44 (0) 8442 456 956 or email bd@servicehelpline.co.uk.

3. Can I subscribe for online content only without receiving a copy of the magazine?

Yes, you can subscribe via this website here and choose the 'Digital only' option.

4. How will my subscription be confirmed?

You will receive an email confirmation of your order within 24 hours.

6. How do I receive a digital edition?

Digital editions are part of the subscription package and to receive a digital edition we need to have your email address when you order your subscription. If you are not a subscriber then subscribe via this website here and remember to enter your email address when subscribing. If you are a subscriber but have not previously provided your email address then please email our customer service team on bd@servicehelpline.co.uk with your details and ask to be added to the digital edition distribution list. In order to read your digital edition you will need to activate your account online (see below).

How do I activate my subscription to get access online?

You need to register to the bdonline.co.uk website and then activate your subscription. If you are not already registered then visit here to register. Once you are registered you will be prompted to activate your account when you click on a story page. Simply follow the instructions to activate your account. What is the difference between registering and subscribing?

Registration will allow you to access a limited number of stories. To have unlimited access to all content, plus other benefits, you need to subscribe.

Do subscribers still need to register?

Yes. We need every user to register for the website whether or not they already subscribe. This will provide you with log in details which you can use to access your account thereafter.

8. When will the first issue of my subscription be dispatched?

After your order has been processed, your confirmation letter will be sent and this will include details about when your first publication will be sent to you. The next issue to be dispatched is displayed on the individual publication page, and is usually between 4-6 weeks.

9. Do I have to sign for my publication each time it is delivered?

No, your publication will be sent through the normal post.

10. How do I renew my subscription?

You can renew your subscription online at any time. Simply sign in, or if you do not have an account set up, you can register your details. If you choose not to renew online you will receive notification of the need to renew your subscription in enough time to ensure you don't miss any issues of your publication.

11. How do I notify you about a change of address?

If you have changed your address during your subscription period you can amend your details online. Simply sign in, or if you do not have an account set up, you can register your details. Alternatively, you can send us an email or telephone us using the details on the contact page.

12. What is included in the price?

Prices displayed include delivery costs and taxes (where applicable). Any discounts to the normal issue cover price will also be explained. If you pay for your subscription using any non-sterling currency the price you pay will be dependent on the exchange rate of your credit card company and may fluctuate.

13. Direct Debit

UK customers have the option to subscribe by direct debit. Depending on the publication, your payments will be spread into easy, manageable 6 or 12 monthly payments. As direct debit is a continuous payment method you are in complete control of your subscription as well as eliminating the need for renewal notices.

14. Is the online payment system secure?

Yes. We use SSL encryption software to keep the details of your order and credit/debit card information secure.

15. Can I order a subscription for delivery to an address outside the UK?

Yes. As the publications are despatched from the UK, higher delivery costs may apply for delivery to addresses outside the UK. These will be displayed in the price summary once you have selected the country to which you want the publications delivered. The prices displayed include delivery costs and taxes (where applicable).

16. What can I do if I do not receive an issue on time?
